Piedmont Players Theatre is a non-profit theatre group formed in 1961. Our current home the Meroney Theater was originally built in 1905 and beautifully restored and opened by Piedmont Players in 1996. We have been recognized by the North Carolina Theatre Conference as an Outstanding Theatre for Sustained Excellence.
